Completed in late 2002, Oasis21 is an interesting architectural structure located in the heart of Nagoya. While the lower floors serve as a bus terminal and shopping area, the upper area park provides a much needed "green spot" in the dense downtown area. The structures dominant feature is an elevated, translucent roof that contains a shallow pool and a glass walkway that visitors can stroll around.
